​The Genesis-Hotels Apartments  are conveniently located above the Genesis Shopping Center in Fairmount. Guests need to go through the shopping center on the ground floor to get to the suites – an elevator is available. Once on the suites’ level, a staff member will welcome guests and enable access to their unit.

Check-in: 14:00 (02:00 PM)Check-Out: 11:00 (11:00 AM)Please be aware that there will be no check-in allowed after 18:00 on a Friday and no check-in or check-out allowed on a Saturday.No check in or out during the Jewish holidays, the afternoon before it starts until the evening when it ends.

Any refunds will be processes in 7 working days after cancellation is confirmed.The following cancellation penalties apply when cancelling a paid for booking:

• Forfeit 100% of total if quest cancels 7 days before arrival
• ​Forfeit 100% of deposit if quest cancels 14 days before arrival
• Forfeit 50% of deposit if quest cancels 21 days before arrival
• Forfeit 25% of deposit if quest cancels 30 days before arrival
